control the related costs. For example, we currently manage a self-insured pool that
provides repair and maintenance insurance for hospital equipment. This insurance
device is saving its members (over 30 hospitals in California and Nevada) over 30% of
their repair and maintenance costs. We also formed a purchasing group for over 1,300
school districts for benefits coverage saving them over $2,000,000 annually.
