Founded by Ron Shepherd and led today by Chris Shepherd (President), Shepherd & Associates has built its reputation on trust, clarity and accessibility. What began in San Francisco, Bay Area now supports clients across California and Illinois, yet our boutique mindset remains the same: treat every client as if they’re our only client. We believe in personal relationships, direct communication and consistent service.

Chris joined Shepherd & Associates in November of 2004 after spending eight years as a Senior Client Manager, AVP with two large international insurance brokers.
